Who does Ribbonking.com sell to?
Ribbonking.com only sells to ASI or SAGE members.

What is your turnaround time?
7 business days from layout approval (includes proofing process of 1–2 business days).

Is there a rush option?
3–4 business days, $65.00 net (includes proofing process of 1 business day).

Is your published pricing accurate?
Ribbonking.com, ESP, and SAGE pricing is always accurate.

What is your pricing?
All pricing is on a (p).

What is your Hot Stamp setup charge?
Hot Stamp setup charge is $44 (p).

What is your Sublimation setup charge?
Sublimation setup charge is $54 (p).

Are there setup charges on reorders?
There is no setup charge on reorders (same logo/sizing).

Can we receive a layout proof?
Yes. We email a free layout proof within a day of receiving your PO.

What about color proofs?
$14 (p) per color proof for hot stamp.
Free color proofs for sublimation (as long as the artwork is photo-ready).

What are your artwork requirements?
EPS, PDF, or JPEG at 300 DPI, black graphic on white background.
Standard spacing is 1–2" between repeats (depending on the logo/statement).
Let us know of any special sizing/spacing requirements on your PO.

What size can my logo/statement be?

  • 3/8" ribbon: 1/4" H × 10" L

  • 5/8" ribbon: 1/2" H × 10" L

  • 7/8" ribbon: 5/8" H × 10" L

  • 1-1/2" ribbon: 15/16" H × 10" L

What are your purchase order requirements?

  • ASI/SAGE number

  • Ship to / bill to address

  • Tax I.D. #

  • Ribbon style #, ribbon color, print color, sizing/spacing requirements

  • Logo or statement (font list available for statements)
