  1. Who does Ribbonking.com sell to?

          Ribbonking.com only sells to ASI or Sage members

  1. What is your turn around time?

           Standard turnaround time is 7 businessdays from layout approval.

  1. Is there a rush option?

           Yes, 3-4 business days from layout approval, rush charge is $130.00(p)

  1. Is your published pricing accurate?

           Ribbonking.com, ESP and Sage pricing is always saccurate

  1. What is your pricing?

           All pricing is on a (p)

  1. What is your Hot Stamp setup charge?

          Hot Stamp setup charge is $44(p)

  1. What is your Sublimation setup charge?

          Sublimation setup charge is $54(p)

  1. Are there setup charges on reorders?

          There is No setup charge on reorders (same logo/sizing)

  1. Can we receive layout proof?

          We email a free layout proof within a day of receiving your PO 

  1. What about Color proofs?
  1. $14 (p)per color proof for hotstamp.
  2. Free color proofs for Sublimation(as long as the artwork is photo ready).
  1. What are your artwork requirements?
  1. EPS, PDF or JPEG at 300DPI, Black graphic white background.
  2. Standard spacing is 1-2”between repeats (depending on the logo/statement).
  3. Let us know of any special sizing/spacing requirements on your PO
  1. What size can my logo/statement be?
  1. 3/8” ribbon:    1⁄4”Hx10”L
  2. 5/8”ribbon:     1⁄2” Hx10”L
  3. 7/8”ribbon:      5/8”Hx10”L
  4. 1-1/2”ribbon:  15/16”Hx10”L
